4. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from Germany.
Estimated delivery times are 4–7 business days within Europe, depending on destination and carrier (DHL or Hermes).

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
